The location in the centre of Keswick was perfect and magnificent. The place was within walking distance of Keswick heart of the city.

The room was new-fashioned with many bathroom toiletries too, extra comfy bed, as for instance, could leave my car close to hotel.

It was really enjoyable stay, I thoroughly enjoyed good food.

The location of the property was perfect and excellent, in the conservatory with the dog for breakfast. The breakfast was gorgeous and delicious, and the staff were well organised.

Fantastic and clean place should have higher than 4 star rating, everything is good. All the rooms are exceptionally clean with decent sized bath and the staff are incredible. The service is fantastic, includes secure parking. The setting is amazing...  

Central location just next door to the main square in the centre of the town, and The Pencil Museum which is well worth a visit, it was in a particularly good area.

Very enjoyable experience there. Good food, very good service and stunning view of the beautiful hills. A nice size and well furnished room, with nice touches and standard decor. The beds were very clean, and the location was perfect and excellent.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, greatly enjoyed its location, nothing too much trouble. Thanks for a terrific stay on a road trip. Staff is really good and exceptional and you can park your car close to hotel. The bus stop is 5 minutes' walk away.

The location was marvellous and fab, and we could reach Moot Hall by walking. The breakfast was sensational with cakes and sausage and pastries, paying attention to little details.

Our recent stay at the Skiddaw Hotel was wonderful. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and made to feel right at home. The restaurant impressed us with its delicious and high-quality food, both for breakfast and dinner. The attention to detail was evident in their efforts to ensure our group could dine together. The location was fantastic, and the vibrant town added to the overall experience. We even brought our dog, who also loved it and wants to return. We will definitely be back.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at a hotel in a great location. The room exceeded my expectations with a spacious bathroom and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The cooked breakfast was perfect. The hotel even provided a parking permit for a nearby car park at a very reasonable price. Despite being located overlooking the square, the noise was minimal. The extra touches like nice toiletries and tea/coffee/biscuits in the room were a lovely bonus. I made the right choice with Skiddaw Hotel and will definitely stay again.
